"Enjoy Cantonese Cuisine —— Start Lingnan Cuisine Culture Experience Journey " is the "Chinese Bridge" online group exchange project of the Chinese-Foreign Language Exchange and Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Education, PRC. During the 10-day study process of 2 hours a day, students can learn 18 common Chinese sentences, 9 typical Chinese sentence patterns or knowledge points, and enjoy 10 representative Cantonese cuisine production processes. In other words, students learn Chinese with Cantonese cuisine as the carrier. By watching Cantonese cuisine production, listening to stories and cloud operation, they can perceive Chinese culture from multiple perspectives, enhance the integration of Chinese-Australian food culture, and realize the cultural exchange and interaction between China and Australia. In addition, the students have studied in the "Overseas Chinese Benefit Project —— Chinese Food Prosperity Base" awarded by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, which has only 5 colleges in China. Students can learn their Cantonese cuisine technology and innovative achievements in the field of Lingnan food research.
