Chinese cuisine and its culture have a long history. In order to promote Chinese and Chinese cooking skills and let more foreign students know about Chinese food and its culture, our university carries out the “Chinese Bridge” online course – “A Journey to Experience and Discover Chinese Cuisine”. Based on the major of cooking technique and nutrition, the program adopts the educational mode combining theory and practice. The main contents include: Chinese, Chinese cooking process, major Chinese cuisine, food culture during traditional Chinese festivals and other content.

中国饮食文化源远流长。为了推广中文以及中餐烹饪技艺,让更多的外国学生了解中餐以及中餐文化,我校依托学校烹饪工艺与营养专业,采取理论与实践相结合的教育模式,开展“寻中国味道,学中餐技艺”汉语桥线上冬令营项目,主要内容包括:烹饪技能汉语、中餐烹饪过程、中餐菜系、节日食俗等内容
