1Chinese cuisine has many factions, including Shandong cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Guangdong cuisine, Fujian cuisine, Jiangsu cuisine, Zhejiang cuisine, Hunan cuisine and Anhui cuisine, which are often referred to as the Chinese "Eight Major Cuisines". This lecture shows the different charms of Chinese cuisines by explaining that the formation of the “Eight Major Cuisines” is inseparable from its history, culture and unique cooking characteristics, and at the same time, it is also influenced by the natural geography, climate conditions, resources, specialties, and eating habits of different regions.
中国菜肴在烹饪中有许多流派,分为鲁、川、粤、闽、苏、浙、湘、徽等菜系,即被人们常说的中国“八大菜系”,本课程通过讲述八大菜系的形成是和它的历史文化与独到的烹饪特色分不开的,同时也受到这个地区的自然地理、气候条件、资源特产、饮食习惯等影响。向大家展示中国菜系的不同魅力。
