The Chinese intangible cultural heritage carries the excellent culture of the Chinese nation and also plays a very important role in cultural exchanges with countries all over the world. Yanzhao, being one of the important birthplaces of world civilization, has a long and rich intangible cultural heritage resource. This course will not only guide foreign young friends to understand and feel the magic of the shape and rhyme of Chinese characters and appreciate the beauty of its poetry but will also show them the beauty of craftsmanship and the ingenuity in Chinese intangible cultural heritage, such as ancient magics, “Yangliuqing New Year paintings”, “Dishili kites”, cloisonné technique and “Tai Chi”. Thus, they can establish a multi-dimensional understanding of Chinese and deepen their understanding of traditional Chinese culture.
