This course is a Chinese language and culture experience course specially designed for Japanese college students. This course features the understanding of Chinese dialects and cuisine, including language learning, Chinese food workshops, practical lectures, and cloud visits. Language courses include practical and interesting Chinese live classes. The Chinese food workshop includes live courses such as making moon cakes, making dumplings, smashed cucumbers, and making fritters,making buns. The exhibition includes visiting the Shanghai Bund, Yu Garden and Chenghuang Temple and other attractions with Shanghai characteristics. Dialects and Foods introduces four local dialects and food in Shanghai, Sichuan, Henan and Guangdong. The total course is over 200 minutes.
