Jiaozi originated from jiaozi in ancient China. Its original name was "jiao'er". It is a traditional pasta of the Han nationality. It has a history of more than 1800 years. Jiaozi, also known as dumplings, is deeply loved by the Chinese people. It is not only a staple food and local snack in northern China, but also an important food during the Spring Festival. The Smashed Cucumbers is a domestic cold dish often eaten by Chinese people. The main ingredient is cucumbers, mixed with various condiments. It tastes cool and refreshing, so it’s suitable for summer. Moon Cakes is a festival food eaten by Chinese people during the Mid-Autumn Festival. The traditional Moon Cake is round in shape, symbolizing family reunion. There are many kinds of Moon Cake fillings, including meat, bean paste, five kernel, egg yolk, and custard, etc. Youtiao is an ancient Chinese-style pasta. It is a long and hollow fried food with a crunchy and tough texture. It is one of the traditional Chinese breakfasts. People generally eat it with soy milk.

饺子源于中国古代的角子,原名“娇耳”,是汉族传统面食,距今已有一千八百多年的历史 。饺子又称水饺,深受中国人民喜爱,是中国北方民间的主食和地方小吃,也是春节时候的重要食品。

拍黄瓜是一道中国人常吃的家常凉菜,主料是黄瓜,用各种调料拌制而成。清凉爽口,适合夏季食用。

月饼是中国人在中秋节时食用的节日食品。传统的月饼外形是圆圆的,象征着家人团圆。里面的月饼馅有着非常丰富的种类,有肉的、豆沙的、五仁的、还有蛋黄的、奶黄的等等。

油条,是一种古老的中式面食,长条形中空的油炸食品,口感松脆有韧劲,中国传统的早点之一。人们一般与豆浆一起食用。
