From August 10th to 18th, the “Unique Beauty · Common Beauty” 2023 BFSU China-Vietnam Youth Exchange Summer Camp will be held for Vietnamese Chinese learners and enthusiasts. This 8-day summer camp will offer 8 class hours of Chinese language courses, 3 thematic lectures on Chinese culture, 3 Vietnam youth talks and 1 event for China-Vietnam youth forum, accompanied by a variety of pre-recorded video clips. The camp features the combinations of small-size language learning tutorials and large-size thematic lectures, and of live and recorded videos. A total of 90 people from Vietnam signed up for this camp and will learn from each other in a short but productive journey. The goal of this summer camp is to lead the campers to learn Chinese, immerse themselves in breathtaking landscapes, explore traditional customs, savor delectable cuisine, and delve into the enchanting aspects of China. Campers can also share their language learning experience and aspirations by communicating with their Chinese peers through online wonderful language and culture courses and two-way communication activities. It is expected that young people from China and Vietnam can take language and people-to-people exchanges as the bridge to this amazing journey of experiencing Chinese culture with comfort and delight.
