“Delicacy Trip in Guangzhouwan—Chinese + Gunagdong Cuisine” Exchange Camp Online organized by Lingnan Normal University (LNU), provides online courses where students in Europe can learn Chinese as well as knowledge about Guangdong cuisine. The course about Guangdong cuisine take into account the geographical characteristics and culinary culture of Zhanjiang City, as known as Guangzhouwan, and gives full play to the disciplinary advantages of LNU. The culinary culture and cooking skills of Guangdong are introduced in the course, combining Chinese learning with cultural experience activities, to increase students’ interest of Chinese language and culture. While learning the culinary culture and cooking skills of Guangdong, students will also improve their Chinese proficiency through Chinese language courses on the themes of cuisine and dinner.
岭南师范学院“寻味广州湾——中文+粤菜”汉语桥线上团组交流项目为欧洲地区的学员提供了汉语学习与粤菜文化体验相融合的线上学习课程。
本课程充分结合中国广东省湛江市的地域特点，发挥岭南师范学院自身学科优势，以粤菜饮食文化为依托，通过教授粤菜文化和粤菜烹制，将汉语学习与文化体验融为一体，不断增进海外中文爱好者对中国语言文化的学习热情。学员将在感受粤菜美食文化、领会粤菜烹饪技艺的同时，学习饮食、用餐等以饮食为主题的中文语言课程,提高中文水平。
