Heilongjiang Communications Polytechnic (“HCP”) will attend the “Chinese Bridge” Online Exchange Program organized by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and undertake the winter camp themed with “Chinese + Vocational Skills + Tour around China by Train”.
