The program aims to build a bridge between Chinese and foreign cultures, as well as spread the essence of Chinese culture. It mixes Chinese language teaching, cultural exchange with network engineering technology vocational training, helping students learn Chinese language and culture while improving network engineering skills. The "Chinese plus skills" professional training approach is explored through which more career choices for overseas Chinese learners would be provided and the connotation construction of Chinese and foreign language exchanges would be reinforced.
本项目以“架筑中外文化桥梁，传播中国文化精华”为目标，实行汉语教学、文化交流和网络工程技术职业培训并举，帮助学生既学习汉语言文化又提高网络工程技能，探索“中文+技能”职业化培养途径，为海外中文 学习者提供更多的职业选择，加强中外语言交流内涵建设。
