The project adopts the mode of "Chinese language+ vocational skills" to provide Chinese language, Chinese culture courses and pastry operation skills courses for overseas youth and practitioners. The purpose is to introduce the traditional Chinese pastry making methods and culture, to improve the Chinese pastry making skills of college students and practitioners in related majors, to understand Chinese catering culture, and enhance the exchange and cooperation between Chinese and foreign catering cultures.
