The major targets of this program are college students and practitioners specialized in refrigeration, air conditioning and building intellectualizaion in the countries along the Belt and Road. The program combines the digit and intelligence technologies and maintenance techniques of refrigeration and air conditioning with practical Chinese learning. Learners can learn about the development history from refrigeration to intelligent refrigeration in China, feel the rise of intelligent manufacturing industries in the era of digitalization transformation in China, and further understand “China’s wisdom and approach” in technological innovation, ecological protection, and global cooperation. The aim is to propagate China’s craftsmanship spirit and its carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, to cultivate highly skilled talents with international vision and a sense of patriotism, to promote cultural inheritance and international exchanges of vocational colleges, to promote in-depth cooperation and development among vocational and technical colleges worldwide, and to facilitate realization of seamless connection between the “demand side” of overseas talent market and “supply side” of talent cultivation of international Chinese language education.
