Under the COVID-19 pandemic, we have become more aware of the importance of health than ever before and the profound significance of "sports for health". To boost immunity, we need a rational diet, adequate sleep, and, certainly, scientific exercise. Epidemiological observation has revealed that active exercisers have a lower chance of getting an upper respiratory infection every year. Through this course, participants can understand the basic principles and knowledge of scientific fitness to avoid unscientific fitness and gradually develop a healthy lifestyle of active fitness. Home quarantine as a result of the pandemic has triggered different degrees of negative emotions such as anxiety, impatience, and panic in many people. In this course, participants will first get a preliminary understanding of Chinese tea and the different states and realms of Chinese people when drinking tea, have an insight into how the tea influences our body and mind, and then understand how to adjust and train the physical and mental state by drinking tea, so as to eliminate various negative emotions and settle restlessness caused by the pandemic.

新冠疫情让我们比以往更加认识到健康的重要性,更能体会到“体育促健康”的深刻意义。增强免疫力我们需要合理膳食、充足睡眠,当然还需要科学的运动。从流行病学的观察来看,运动活跃的人,每年患上呼吸道感染的几率会降低。通过本次课程能了解科学健身的基本原则和知识,避免盲目的健身,并逐渐养成积极健身的健康生活方式。不少人因疫情导致居家隔离产生了不同程度的焦虑、急躁、恐慌等负面情绪。通过初步了解中国茶和中国人喝茶的不同状态与境界,以及茶对我们身、心的影响,进而了解如何通过一杯茶来调整、修习我们的身、心状态,从而使我们在经历疫情后所产生的各种情绪及无处安放的心得以清除与安住。
