We hope to rely on this project to fully demonstrate the cultural characteristics and charm of Harbin, the capital city of Heilongjiang Province in the northeastern China. The city is a beautiful city with a rich culture and is famous as the Ice City for its well-known winter tourism and recreations. In summer, Harbin is an ideal place because of its pleasant climate. In winter, Harbin is famous worldwide because of its ice and snow culture. There is international Ice and Snow festival every year and we also hold international Ice sculpture contest each year. We hope to rely on this project to improve "the appeal of Chinese culture, the affinity of Chinese image, the persuasion of Chinese discourse, and the guidance of international public opinion", and create a credible, lovely and respectable image of China. Present the image of China as a friendly, hopeful and energetic socialist country to young people from all over the world.
