Ludong University(LDU) meant to co-establish Confucius Institute with Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University(IKBFU) in Russia, whose process was interrupted by the pandemic. IKBFU has its own Chinese Language Study Center to satisfy their students’ demands for Chinese learning, yet lacking qualified Chinese teachers. To handle this problem and promote exchanges and cooperation between LDU and universities in Russia, LDU initiates this two-week online study group.
