Shandong Normal University（SDNU）, located in Jinan, Shandong Province, is a comprehensive normal university jointly-funded by Ministry of Education and Shandong province. It is provincial key institutions of higher education. The history of Shandong Normal University can be traced back to 1902 when it was a normal school in Shandong University. It was one of the earliest undergraduate colleges in China. In August of 1981, Shandong Normal College changed its name to Shandong Normal University. SDNU has 21 colleges (departments), 88 undergraduate programs, 13 centers for post-doctoral studies, 14 first-level disciplines authorized for doctoral degree, 33 first-level disciplines authorized for master’s degree and 17 professional degree authorization categories, covering ten major disciplines. SDNU has established intercollegiate communication and cooperation with 148 institutions in 33 countries and regions. It has established five Confucius Institutes and five Confucius Classrooms in The Republic of Korea, Kenya, the United States, Brazil and Saudi Arabia, enjoying the reputation of “China’s Advanced Cooperative Institute of Confucius Institutes”.
山东师范大学位于山东省济南市，是一所由国家教育部和山东省人民政府共建的综合性师范大学。是山东省省级重点大学。山东师范大学的历史可以追溯到1902年，当时山东大学师范学院成立，是中国最早的本科大学。1981年8月更名为山东师范大学。学校设有21个学院(系)，88个本科专业，13个博士后流动站，14个博士学位授权一级学科，33个硕士学位授权一级学科，17个专业学位授权类别，涵盖10大学科门类。与33个国家和地区的148所高校建立了校际交流与合作关系。在韩国、肯尼亚、美国、巴西、沙特阿拉伯建立了5所孔子学院和5个孔子课堂，荣获“中国孔子学院先进合作学院”称号。
