As two of the four cradles of civilization, China and Egypt appreciate and learn from each other with respect and humbleness. The two nations absorb the best part of each other’s culture and make relentless efforts to inherit traditional culture, maintain cultural diversity, as well as develop and innovate ancient civilizations. The camp will focus on three themes: Footprint of Civilization, Inheritance and Innovation, and Modern China. By introducing these perspectives, the camp intends to deepen young people’s understanding of the communication between China and Egypt from the past to the present, encourage them to shoulder the responsibility of protecting and passing on cultural heritages, and remind them to fulfill the mission of developing and innovating ancient civilizations.
