To add diversity to the education of Chinese language and culture, enrich students’ understanding of Chinese folk music and traditional Chinese culture, our university organizes the Chinese Bridge Online Folk Music Camp. Benefiting from our relevant experience in organizing camps, we mobilized the best educational resources of the university and included well-qualified teachers for this camp. The camp consists of real-time courses, online activities, video course and volunteer interaction, providing campers both knowledge and fun. In addition to courses related to folk music, there are also courses about traditional martial arts, international business negotiation, HSK analysis, etc. We also prepared a couple of videos, introducing the squares in Dalian, its food and scenic spots, as well as our university, which will show you around the city and our campus virtually, in the hope of giving you a glimpse of China in development. We sincerely wish that the two-week online folk music camp will be helpful in your study of Chinese language as well as promote the exchange between Chinese and foreign folk music cultures to contribute to the realization of “the whole world” singing “the same song” with “Chinese as a bridge connecting people all over the world”.
