1This course focuses on the main parameters and specifications of the wheels of the automobile driving system, through the video can let us clearly understand how the wheels are manufactured, so that students have a more vivid and intuitive understanding of the wheel parameters; introduces the composition of the suspension, the key parameters and classifications, and recognizes the working principle of the active suspension; and then the composition and classification of automobile steering system is explained, through the understanding of the composition of the steering system, students could understand the safety threat of the automobile steering system for the internal occupant when the collision occurred and study how to take measures from the structure of vehicle to avoid harm to the occupants ; introduces the automobile commonly used rack and pinion steering gear working principle and composition; finally, the function of the braking system, types, structural characteristics and working principle is introduced. Through the study of the above courses, students can be familiar with the structural characteristics of automobile chassis, master the function, type, structural characteristics and working principle of the subsystems and key components of automobile chassis, and understand the advanced technology and structural characteristics of modern automobile chassis.
本次课程重点介绍了汽车行驶系统中的车轮的主要参数、规格,通过视频可以让我们清晰的了解车轮是如何制造出来的,让同学们对车轮参数有了更加生动直观的理解;介绍了悬架的构成、关键参数及分类,认识了主动悬架的工作原理;接着对汽车转向系统的构成、分类进行了讲解,通过认识转向系统的构成,让同学们了解到碰撞事故发生时,汽车转向系统在对汽车内部乘员的安全带来的威胁及从结构上如何去采取措施以避免对乘员带来伤害;介绍了汽车上常用的齿轮齿条转向器的工作原理及构成;最后对制动系统的功能、类型、结构特点及工作原理进行了介绍。
通过以上课程的学习,使学生能够熟悉汽车底盘结构特点,掌握汽车底盘各子系统、关键部件的功用、类型、结构特点和工作原理,了解现代汽车底盘的先进技术和结构特点。
