1This course takes hotpot as the theme and uses poetry as a supplement to explore the poetic beauty in the poets' lines from three perspectives: the vessel of hotpot, the form of hotpot, and the ingredients of hotpot. Through this, students can gain an understanding of the traditional Chinese culinary culture.
本课程以火锅为主题,以诗句为辅,从火锅之器、火锅之形、火锅之物三个角度去体会诗人诗句中的诗意美,从而了解中国美食传统文化。
