This course takes hotpot as the theme and uses poetry as a supplement to explore the poetic beauty in the poets' lines from three perspectives: the vessel of hotpot, the form of hotpot, and the ingredients of hotpot. Through this, students can gain an understanding of the traditional Chinese culinary culture.
