This lesson is divided into two parts. The first part is an overview of the poetry, where we will learn about the relationship between poetry and Chinese characters, poetry and human beings, poetry and China, and also poetry and Chongqing. The second part is an appreciation of eminent poets’ poetry. We will briefly understand the basic knowledge of poetry appreciation and enjoy the poems that Li Bai, Du Fu, and other eminent poets wrote about Chongqing.
