1This course will explain the relevant knowledge of UAV from three aspects: definition, development and application fields of UAV. UAV is a cutting-edge technology that has developed rapidly in recent years. The development of UAV can date back to the early 20th century. With the advancement of technology, the functions of UAV have been continuously expanded, and the performance has also been greatly improved. Today, UAV has been widely used in many civilian fields such as agricultural construction logistics and scientific research. The applications of UAV have great potential, for example, UAV can be used in agriculture for plant protection, irrigation and sowing, UAV is used for inspection and safety monitoring in the construction sector, UAV is used in logistics for express delivery and cargo transportation, etc. In addition, UAV can also be used in scientific research and environmental monitoring fields such as data collection and environmental change monitoring. Through learning, students can understand the development history and applications of UAV.
