1The course "Rites of Eating" is taught by Professor Ding Jin from Yuelu Academy of Hunan University. This course explains the dietary etiquette of Chinese people from three aspects: dietary etiquette, ritual orientation, and dietary etiquette. Through the combination of graphics and text, animated explanations, and ancient and modern connections, we have provided a clear understanding of the long-standing Chinese culinary culture.
“食”之礼这一课程由湖南大学岳麓书院教授丁进老师主讲。该课程从饮食礼器、行礼方位、饮食仪节三个方面讲解了中国人的饮食礼。通过图文结合、动画解说结合、古今联系等方式让大家清晰地了解了源远流长的中国饮食文化。
