The course "Rites of Eating" is taught by Professor Ding Jin from Yuelu Academy of Hunan University. This course explains the dietary etiquette of Chinese people from three aspects: dietary etiquette, ritual orientation, and dietary etiquette. Through the combination of graphics and text, animated explanations, and ancient and modern connections, we have provided a clear understanding of the long-standing Chinese culinary culture.
