A bowl of steaming steamed bun, a few cloves of sugar garlic and the joy of a sweaty, hearty meal with three or two friends are the life aesthetics in this ancient city. And barbecued meat is unique in Xi'an as a cuisine that is widely popular around the world. The live course, "Mutton Buns and Barbecue", was led by Teacher Wu Suan and student Timo Liu, who led the international students to break buns and chat together, to experience the lifestyle of the old Xi'an people and to taste the mysterious connection between food and culture in a slow life.
