Marketing activity planning is divided into five parts. 1、 Industry and regional current situation research, second, SWOT analysis of advantages and disadvantages, third, formulation of marketing activity goals, fourth, formulation of activity execution plans and budgets, fifth, implementation and effectiveness evaluation.
