1Yoga, which has a history of thousands of years, is a comprehensive movement that combines the mind and the body. By adjusting the breath, posture and mind, the internal and external integration, the spirit, the body and the mind reach a delicate balance, and promote the health of the body and the mind. The content of this course is shared through the methods of skill display, decomposition practice and cyclic repetition, so that everyone can master the basic knowledge, techniques and skills of yoga in a short and simple course, and experience the vitality and mental peace brought by yoga practice.
已有着数千年历史的瑜伽,是一项精神与身体结合的全面运动,通过调整呼吸、体式与意念,内外结合,使精神、机体与心灵达到微妙的平衡,促进身、心健康。本次课程分享的内容通过技能展示、分解练习和循环重复等方法,让大家在简短、简易的课程中掌握瑜伽的基本知识、技术、技能,体会瑜伽练习给身体带来的活力与精神上的平静。
