1This course consists of three parts: First, learn to calculate, calculate our daily basic metabolic value, learn how to create a caloric gap, and scientifically go to fitness to reduce fat; Secondly, follow the teacher to activate and stretch the body, use simple equipment, and carry out anaerobic exercise exercises for different muscle groups; Finally, understand the basic knowledge of aerobic exercise, to find their own aerobic exercise; Through the study of fitness and fat reduction, mastering the correct fitness methods can enable us to carry out efficient sports training, achieve the effect we want, increase muscle shape, reduce fat and weight, and help cultivate the awareness of lifelong physical exercise.
本次课程由三部分组成,首先是学会计算,计算我们每天的基础代谢值和学会如何打造热量缺口,科学的去健身减脂;其次跟随教师进行身体激活、拉伸,使用简单器材,针对不同肌群,进行无氧运动练习;最后,了解有氧运动的基础知识,找到适合自己的有氧运动;通过健身减脂的学习,掌握正确的健身方法,能够使我们进行高效的运动训练,达到自己想要的效果,增肌塑形,减脂减重,有利于培养终身体育锻炼意识。
