This course covers the teaching and precautions of trick jumping rope, two-person wheel jumping and three-person interactive rope. Skipping rope is not only for jumping, but also includes speed, performance, individual, collective cooperation and other items. Wheel jumping is also our national characteristic rope skipping event, and this jumping method is also called Chinese wheel in international competitions. It is hoped that through this course, students can learn these sports and feel the connotation of Chinese culture while exercising their body in daily life.
