2The course consists of two videos about aerobic aerobics and relaxation exercises. The first part introduces the aerobics, it is a relatively simple, with the characteristics of "aerobic exercise" aerobics. Simple movements, easy to learn, distinct music rhythm, is able to make the whole body to get exercise fitness exercise. The second part introduces the relaxation exercises, it means to calm down the body, let the body in a comfortable state, do some slow rhythm movements to relax the body or mind. The first part of the two videos is some basic theoretical knowledge, and the second part is shown in the form of a complete set of action and decomposition teaching.
