1This course introduces the structure of human body from four aspects: facial features, skin muscles and bones, viscera, qi and blood channels and collaterals. Through the study of this topic, students can understand the Chinese characters related to the structure of the human body, and understand the development context and main characteristics of traditional Chinese sports and fitness programs.
本课程以汉字为线索从人面五官、肌肤筋骨、五脏六腑、气血经络四个方面介绍了与人体结构。同时介绍了中国传统的健身项目五禽戏和八段锦。通过此主题的学习，学员可以认识与人体身体结构的汉字，了解中国传统体育健身项目的发展脉络和主要特色。
