Xunxian is under the jurisdiction of Hebi City, Henan Province. It was called Li in the Shang Dynasty and was set up as a county in the Western Han Dynasty. Known as Li Yang in ancient times, it was renamed Xunxian in the early Ming Dynasty until now. Since ancient times, it has been a land of rich fields and bustling towns, reputed as the granary of the world. Xunxian County is located along the old road of the Yellow River and the site of the Grand Canal of the Sui and Tang Dynasties. It is a famous city that thrives on the Grand Canal. There are rich tangible cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage in the county.
