This lecture shows the local food culture of Yunnan by introducing two kinds of Yunnan special snacks, rice noodles and baked tofu, including unique manufacturing techniques, dietary customs, legends and so on. Show the colorful minority culture of the Red River Hani terraces, a world natural heritage, by introducing the state customs of the Red River Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, distribution of Hani, music and dance, traditional sports, special food, long street banquets, and the Red River Hani terraces.
