Eating is the most important thing in our life, so Chinese have many ways to cook and there are a lot of materials can be used in cooking. As a famous port city, Wenzhou cuisines also have its characters. Ou cuisine belongs to Zhe cuisine so it has the character of Zhe cuisine-light. But it particularly has the taste of fish. This class will introduce 13 dishes for students. They can not only feel the features of Ou cuisine but also exercise by themselves. Ou cuisine is the portrayal of life in Wenzhou and the carrier of history.

民以食为天,中国菜从用料到做法都丰富多彩。温州作为中国有名的港口城市,也别有一番风味。瓯菜作为浙菜的四个流派之一,既保存了浙菜一贯的清淡特点,又因食材多用鱼肉所以淡而不薄,异常鲜美。本课将重点为大家介绍瓯菜中十三道代表风味,同学们可以从中体会到瓯菜独有的特点,还可以亲自体验制作过程,非常有趣。瓯菜不仅是温州人生活的写照,更是温州历史的载体。
