1Banquet is a party held for customs or social activities. Banquet services provide guests with food and enjoyment. The process of banquet service includes six parts: 1. welcome guests; 2. serve napkins and chopsticks; 3. serve tea and fruits; 4. order food and drinks; 5. serve food and drinks; and 6. check out and see guests off.
宴会是因习俗或社交礼仪需要而举行的宴饮聚会,宴会服务既能满足宾客的需求,也能够提供给人们饮食和精神方面的享受。宴会席间服务的主要流程包括六个方面:迎客入座;拆餐巾、拆筷套;上茶水、上果盘;点菜、点酒;斟酒、上菜;结账送客。
