This chapter guides students through a new rural village in Danyang, Zhenjiang——Huaiyin Village. It introduces the love story between Dong Yong and Fairy No. Seven in Danyang, Zhenjiang from six aspects, namely the Huangmei opera Fairy Couple (Tianxian pei), the proverb “filial piety is the root of all virtue”, Fairy No. Seven coming down to the mortal world, paying a visit to Huaiyin Village, the authentic Qixi Festival, and the construction of the new countryside. It also introduces Huaiyin Village, a new rural village dedicated to passing down the culture of filial piety and creating a “love village”.
