1“Food is the most basic necessity of the people.” This chapter introduces the famous Zhenjiang “Three Strange Things”, “one dim sum and two heads”and the dim sum Jingjiang navel in terms of appearance, production, taste and historical stories through a detailed description of the various types of local cuisine in Zhenjiang. It captures every moment of Zhenjiang cuisine, showcases Zhenjiang’s diverse food culture of “blending the north and the south, integrating the east and the west” and presents the unique charm of Zhenjiang cuisine and its intangible cultural heritage.
“民以食为天”,通过对镇江当地各类美食的细致描写,从外观、制作、味道和历史故事等方面介绍了著名的镇江“三怪”、“一点两头”以及点心京江脐,捕捉到镇江美食的每一瞬间,展现着镇江“南北兼顾(兼融),东西并蓄”的多元美食文化,呈现了镇江美食与非遗文化的独特魅力。
