Low carbon building refers to building which minimizes the use of fossil energy, improves energy efficiency and reduces carbon dioxide emissions throughout its life cycle, including the manufacturing of building materials and equipment, construction and serving phases. Low-carbon-oriented building has gradually become the mainstream in Zhejiang architecture.
