21The course totally composes of 21 episodes that introduces various kinds of tea sets for brewing Chinese tea, among which 10 episodes are about the main utensils and 11 episodes are about the auxiliary ones. The former includes teapot, covered-bowl, glass, fairness mug, purple clay teapot, tea-tasting cup, aroma-smelling cup, tea bowl (tea cup), tea pad and tea tray. While the latter includes Sui Shou Pao Kettle (variable temperature and ways of water heating), water basin, tea holder, tea kit in tea ceremony, saucer, tea towel, filter and filter shelf, tea knife (needle), tea canister, lid saucer and tea pet. The course manifests the beauty of Chinese tea sets, different ways and the standard gestures for using as well as the applicative kinds of tea to them. As the saying goes, “tea sets are the father while water is the mother of tea”, this chapter will help you understand Chinese tea, ways of brewing Chinese tea and Chinese tea culture by introducing Chinese tea sets.
