“Beautiful Stone Carving Art” and “Paper-cut Art” are both important components of China’s intangible cultural heritage. “Beautiful Stone Carving” is a vivid work of art carved according to different stone colors, and “Paper-cut” is a folk art that uses scissors or a carving knife to carve patterns on paper. This course interviews intangible cultural inheritors of Qiqihar City Beautiful Stone Carving and Paper-cut Art, and makes students experience their beauty and folk culture.
