2This course show students the special food “Barbecue” and “Stew in an iron-pot” in Nenjiang River Basin. Through the introduction of the cooking methods and processes of “Barbecue” and “Stew in an iron-pot”, students can experience the “Barbecue culture” in City of Crane, the International Capital of Barbecue Food, and the warm warmth of “Stew in an iron-pot” in Northeast China.
本课程向学生展示嫩江流域的特色美食“烤肉”和“铁锅炖”,通过对“烤肉”和“铁锅炖”制作方式和流程的介绍,让学生体验国际烤肉之都——鹤城的“烧烤文化”以及东北“铁锅炖”暖暖的温情。
