Let’s follow the two international students who study in Heilongjiang University and take the “Into the Gourmet Food of China” Course. Experience the Heilongjiang University’s delicious food that you just cannot miss. Feel the delicacies in the course. In this lesson, the chef of Heilongjiang University’s International Students Dining Hall will show us two dishes. The first dish is a traditional and famous dish “Squirrel Fish”. Fish meat is made into the shape of a squirrel, hence the name. The dish has the golden luster. It is tender with a crispy crust. The dish has a balanced sour and sweet taste. It has great color, fragrance and taste. The dish is tantalizingly delicious. The second dish is called Shrimp Balls with Mustard. It is a dish made of fresh shrimp. The dish is easy to learn. It has beautiful shape and slight mustard taste. The outside is crispy and the shrimp balls inside are bouncy. The second dish is an innovative dish. The “Into the Gourmet Food of China” Course aims to offer international students an opportunity to taste delicious food and experience Chinese culture so that they become interested in learning Chinese.
