“Goubuli” Baozi (steamed and stuffed buns), founded in 1858, is among the first China’s time-honored brands. It is a Chinese snack famous not only in Tianjin, but all around the world. In 2011, the item “the Traditional Way of Making Goubuli Baozi” was listed into the List of Third Batch of National Intangible Cultural Heritage.
