This part introduces the weather changes in winter, the main festivals, the morals and the traditional Chinese food culture. It introduces the characteristics of winter vegetables, shows the preparation process of typical winter healthy vegetables,and introduces the health care methods they contain.

介绍冬季的气候变化、主要节日、寓意以及中国传统饮食文化。介绍冬季的素菜特点,展示具有代表性的冬季养生素菜——芥兰茄子卷、醋溜黄芽菜、腐皮油冬菜的制作过程,介绍其所蕴藏的养生之道。
