By building the "Chinese + Cooking Skills" project, this group takes the Chinese four seasons health food as the starting point and mainly targets teenagers and college students majoring in cooking skills, culinary practitioners, and Chinese food lovers, providing a platform for students to understand and learn Chinese cuisine culture. Through the study of this course, the students can exchange their experience of food making, understand the Chinese table manners, develop healthy eating habits, and improve the ability of Chinese food making, appreciation, and innovation. At the same time, it will stimulate the students' interest in further learning and exploring Chinese cuisine, so as to contribute to the capacity cooperation and technical exchanges in the catering industry around the world.

本团组通过打造“中文+烹饪职业技能”项目,以中国四季养生美食为切入点,以全世界大部分国家和地区烹饪相关专业的青少年、大学生、从业人员和中国美食爱好者为主要授课对象,为学员提供一个了解和学习中国饮食文化的平台。学员通过本课程的学习,交流美食制作心得,了解熟悉餐桌礼仪,养成健康的饮食习惯,提高中国美食制作、鉴赏与创新能力。

同时,激发学员进一步学习和探索中餐烹饪的兴趣,为这些国家和地区的餐饮行业产能合作和技术交流做出贡献。
