1This section introduces autumn food customs, i.e. autumn soup, and briefly introduces the characteristics and customs of the three autumnal seasons (the Beginning of Autumn, White Dew and Cold Dew). It introduces the nourishing features of autumn meat dishes, shows the preparation process of representative autumn meat dishes for nourishment and health,and introduces the nourishment they contain.
介绍秋季的食俗——秋汤,简要介绍秋季的三个节气(立秋、白露、寒露)的特点与风俗。介绍秋季的荤菜特点——滋养,展示具有代表性的秋季滋补养生荤菜——雪菜大汤黄鱼、金陵盐水鸭、鲜菱仔鸡的制作过程,介绍其所蕴藏的养生之道。
