1This section introduces the summer food customs, i.e. summer cold dishes, and briefly introduces the characteristics and customs of the three summer seasons (the Beginning of summer, the Summer Solstice, and the Minor Heat). It introduces the characteristics of summer meat dishes, shows the preparation process of representative light and healthy meat dishes suitable for summer,and introduces the health benefits they contain.
介绍夏季的食俗——夏拌,简要介绍夏季的三个节气(立夏、夏至、小暑)的特点与风俗。介绍夏季荤菜的特点,展示具有代表性的适宜夏季食用的清淡养生荤菜——卤鸭、荷叶清风鸡、西湖醋鱼的制作过程,介绍其所蕴藏的养生之道。
