1This part introduces the climate, main festivals, morals and traditional Chinese food culture in summer. It introduces the characteristics of summer vegetarian dishes, that is, fresh and refreshing. It shows the production process of typical summer cool and refreshing vegetarian dishes,and introduces the nourishment they contain.
