This course mainly introduces the homologous food and medicine and shows the making process of three relevant dishes. Medicine food homology means that many foods can also be used as drugs, with a very fine line between the two. By introducing some edible medicinal food and Traditional Chinese Medicine theories, exhibiting the cooking process of specific dishes, and explaining the idea of “four natures and five tastes”, this course showcases the unique charm of traditional Chinese food culture and will deepen your understanding of traditional Chinese culture.
