The 24 traditional Chinese solar terms are cultural heritages and valuable cultural resources created by laboring people of ancient China, which were officially inscribed on the “Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity” by UNESCO in 2016. This course will introduce 24 traditional Chinese solar terms from the aspects of historical origin, cultural value, the poetry of 24 traditional Chinese solar terms and customs, and help trainees understand the wisdom of ancient Chinese people through reading and learning.
