With the progress of the times, the aviation transport industry in China was in a rapid development. Meanwhile, there is more and more higher requirements for the image quality of staff in civil aviation service, in which stands for the image of airline companies and demonstrates directly the quality of service. As the so-called "Emotion originates from hearts, emerges outside, and is transmitted by sound". Etiquette is a kind of inner emotion, which can be shown in our facial expression and body posture. In addition, it plays a vital role in social communication. On the basis of common etiquette, civil aviation service etiquette has a great significance in the personal quality promotion of flight attendants, in the optimization of vocational consciousness, in the contribution to teamwork, in the perfection of professional competence, in the enhancement of service quality and level, in the promotion of overall image and economical benefit and social benefit of airline companies. Mastering better civil aviation service etiquette can improve flight attendants’ coping ability. Therefore, civil aviation service etiquette plays an essential role in aviation service. In this case, students should acquire this skill in school and lay a solid foundation for their following employment by learning civil aviation service etiquette. This course is tailored for civil aviation profession and is a channel of delivering the talent who obtained course foundation in order to enter international and domestic airlines. At the same time, this course gives an all-round and systematic introduction to professional quality which civil aviation service staff should be equipped with; it has practical guidance for students’ training and learning. This course is designed for students in higher vocational colleges who major in flight attendance, civil aviation transport service and airport operation service and management or students in secondary vocational schools. Also, this course can be taken as the training material for people who are dedicated to aviation services.

随着时代的进步,我国的航空运输业得到了迅速的发展。与此同时,民航服务领域对服务人员的形象素质要求也越来越高。因为它代表着航空公司的形象,更是航空公司服务质量的直接体现。正所谓“情动之于心、形之于外、传之于声”,礼仪是人内心情感在面部或身体姿态上的表现。在人际沟通中占有重要的地位。民航服务礼仪指从基本的礼仪切入,学习民航服务人员礼仪对航空服务的意义在于有助于提高空乘人员的个人素质,优化职业意识,促进团队合作,完善专业能力,有助于提高航空公司的服务质量和服务水平,有助于提高航司的整体形象及经济效益与社会效益。掌握良好的民航服务礼仪能增强空乘人员的应对能力,因此,民航服务礼仪在航空服务中占据着很重要的作用,在学校学习时,更应学好民航礼仪这项技能,为以后的就业打下坚实的基础。本课程是为民用航空类专业量身定制的一门课程,同样也是为能够进入国际及国内航司打下课程基础,提供人才输送渠道。本课程全方位系统地介绍了民航服务人员应具备的职业素养,对于学生的实践学习,具有实际指导意义。本课程可作为高等职业院校空中乘务专业、民航运输服务专业、机场运行服务与管理专业等及中等职业院校使用,也可作为有志于从事航空服务的社会人员培训使用,从而提供相关课程的教材。
